When the Petrol Car engine is working, the driving gear on the camshaft has the transmission gear of the power oil pump, causing the driving gear fixed on the driving gear shaft to rotate, thereby driving the driven gear to rotate in the opposite direction, and the oil flows in from the oil pump along the tooth gap. Room moves. It is sent to the oil discharge chamber through the pump wall. In this way, a low pressure is formed at the oil inlet chamber to create suction, and the oil in the oil pan is sucked into the oil chamber. When the main gear and the driven gear continuously rotate, the oil is continuously pumped to the required location.
The utility model has simple structure, small volume, light weight and large oil delivery capacity. The cycloidal rotor pump adopts an inner and outer rotor meshing structure with a small number of teeth and a compact structure. It can form a sealed cavity without other isolation components and has a small number of parts.
Smooth operation and low noise. The number of teeth in the inner and outer rotors of a cycloidal rotor pump is only one. When they are in relative motion, the sliding speed of the tooth surface is very small, and the meshing point continuously moves along the tooth profile of the inner rotor and outer rotor. Therefore, the mutual wear of the tooth surfaces of the two rotors is very small. Since the angle between the oil suction chamber and the oil discharge chamber is large, close to 145°, the oil suction and oil discharge time is relatively sufficient. Therefore, the oil flow is relatively stable, the movement is relatively stable, and the noise is significantly lower than that of the gear pump.
The high speed functionality is great. For ordinary involute gear pumps, if the rotational speed is too high, the centrifugal force will cause the filling of the valleys to be insufficient to form "holes", which will reduce the efficiency of the pump. Therefore, the rotational speed rarely exceeds 3000 rpm, and the peripheral speed is between 5 and 6 meters/second. For cycloidal rotor pumps, the range of suction and discharge of oil is large. When rotating at high speed, the centrifugal force is conducive to the filling of oil in the valleys without causing harmful "hole" phenomena. Therefore, the rotation speed range of the cycloidal rotor pump It can range from several hundred to nearly 10,000.
